Adrian Panko - Adrian Panko is a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).  He is a 2001 graduate of Avon High School where he was an Indiana Football Coaches Association Class 4A All-State offensive lineman and a 2001 state qualifier at 275 lbs in wrestling.  After two years of small college football, he developed a passion for performance training and Strongman.  Adrian graduated from IUPUI in 2005 with a BS in Exercise Science.  Three years of competing in Strongman culminated in an 8th place finish at the North American Strongman, Inc. Nationals in 2005 in the 300 lb weight class.

Adrian worked for three years as a training director for a national performance training chain.  In early 2010, PANKO Strength & Speed started training its first athletes, at its newly acquired 2400 sq ft facility at IN-267 and I-70 in Plainfield.  PANKO Strength & Speed has steadily grown and is one of the most recognizable training brands in the Metro Area. Since 2007, Adrian has trained 21 athletes to college scholarships, 12 athletes have been All-State, five athletes have been Indiana All-Stars, and 4 of his athletes and teams have won IHSAA State Championships.

From 2005-2009 Adrian was the private performance coach for San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Thatcher.  In just three seasons, Joe progressed from an undrafted free agent playing independent Class A Rookie ball to being the most relied on left-hander in the Padres bullpen.  More can be found on PANKO Strength & Speed at www.pankostrengthandspeed.com.
